Is this therapy?

It is relational therapeutic work that integrates a psychological approach, somatic work (breath, nervous system), attachment theory and relational trauma healing. It does not replace clinical psychotherapy where that is needed, but it works deeply with the affective patterns that keep repeating.

Do you work with couples?

Yes. I work with couples who want to step out of pursuer–withdrawer dynamics, trauma bonding, cycles of closing down and reaching out — and build real emotional safety together.

Are sessions online?

Yes. I work online with people all over the world. In-person sessions in Italy on request.

What if I feel emotionally overwhelmed?

That's normal, and part of what we explore together. We always move at the pace of your nervous system — I never push past your window of tolerance. Your wellbeing comes before the process.
