About
I'm not here to save relationships. I'm here to help you understand what's actually true for you — because I've been there too.

My path
For many years I looked for love the wrong way — looking for it outside, while inside I was losing myself. I know intimately that point where you love a person but at the same time want to run; where you'd want to end everything, but something tells you to stay; where you don't know if you're building something real or just repeating a pattern.
For a long time I had no name for any of this. Today I know what it's called: love addiction. And I know how hard it is to stay in it without numbing out and without running. For me, change didn't come from reasoning: it came when my body and psyche said enough. That moment of crisis was the beginning.
From there, all my training was born — holotropic breathing, work with sound and breath, the qualification as Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie — a German qualification to practice psychotherapy, energy work. And I understood what is today at the center of my way of working: the body speaks when we stop listening to the soul.
It is from that experience that the way I accompany others is born: not from above, but from someone who has walked that road.
My training
Today my work integrates relational psychology, body and breath in service of one thing: relationships in which we can finally feel free, seen and at home. I continue to train specifically in love addiction, attachment and relational trauma.
On a delicate topic like this, knowing who is accompanying you professionally — not just humanly — matters.
My principles
How I work
The relationship as mirror
The other isn't the problem, but isn't the solution either: they show you the love addiction you carry inside — what you'd struggle to see alone.
Always three levels
Psychological, somatic, deep. Working on only one is not enough — results don't last.
The body before words
Without the body, every change is only mental. And mental, alone, is not enough.
Honesty above all
No illusions, no easy promises. Just a space to look at what's actually true.
